After completing level 3 you can't play level 3 properly again during the same session
Try playing through level 3 then try to play it again. It doesn't play the scenes and is locked in cinematic mode.

You're right, this happens everytime you complete level 3 and makes all Levels unplayable in the same game session.
replicated that one in internal version 1.4.0b12.
It seems like no levels can be played...
