Workers mine gold shrine endlessly
...even if there is no more room for more gold in vaults. In addition with the fact they drop the gold once their gold capacity exceeded this can potentially lead to performance problems after continuous mining with little gold spent.

Not a bug, I think. You'll have to untag the shrine if your vaults are full and you want your workers elsewhere.
