my lightning spell does not work

I was just playing a multiplayer game and having mana, being in my territory, using the ritual that regenerates mana, and having 2 tabernacles of mana, I could not throw my lightning spell .. check up lose the game that I am missing some requirement as for example: not be in my territory. But with all the necessary conditions to use the lightning spell I could not use it freely.
