Hi Alexander,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing a crash. Have you played War for the Overworld before, if so are these crashes a recent development?

I wonder if you'd be able to upload to us a DXDiag of your system How To: Generate a DXDiag Report.

In addition, I assume you're playing Level 3 of the main campaign. Can you describe when the crash is happening, is it happening at random intervals and always on this level. Does the crash happen in Skirmish mode?

Unfortunately, our team is currently very busy working towards a major milestone on our next project. But crashes are important to us and we'll try to get back to you as soon as we can.

Hope we can get you into the game,

Lee

Thank you for responding to me!

I just downloaded the game for the first time and was enjoying playing it between crashes. They happen sporadically but they happened less often in missions 1 and 2, that is why I was able to get to mission 3. Yes, I am playing the main campaign. I have not tried to play skirmish mode, but I can if it would help!

I completely understand that you are busy and am not in a rush, Thank you so much for your help!

Hey, do you not have a GPU? It's showing that you're running on Intel Integrated Graphics which the game does not really support.

Could you please try and use DDU(Display Driver Uninstaller) to remove your graphics drivers and then install the latest from your manufacture?

Let us know if that helps.
