achievement given befour playing for level
how did this happen? (in the red box)
i did get the following, but that was in another level.

Defeat Lord Coleem in Heart of Gold
what is going on? this makes no sense.

You already killed him early in the campaign I expect, there are (if I recall) 2 chances to kill certain characters and as long as they are killed at one of those chances you get the achievement.
so both level's achievements for that are linked? as in, in the achievement list, both the Defeat Lord Coleem in Heart of Gold achievements in the campaign go to the same achievement in the achievement list.
is that it?
I think so yes.

Yes Coleem can be vanquished in Heart of Gold level 2. As such the achievement for defeating him in the Heart of Gold campaign can be awarded on either Level 2 or 4 (where he reappears if he was not previously defeated)
