Could I get you to please delete your Options.txt file found at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\War For The Overworld\WFTOGame_Data\GameData"

Please do that and try to play again

But unfortunately,

 if i'm going to change the texture resolution into Ultra(100%) in Option,  the game will crash too...

is there any way to solve this problem?

Hey Hideki,

Unfortunately not, Ultra graphics takes massive amount of resources. Your PC just cannot handle it.
