In a game - the menu of loading of saves isn't available

If you're in a game and you're trying to open the download menu (the menu where you can choose to save - and run it quickly), that's not possible. A translucent dark something appears and no menu items are clickable.

Thanks for the report guys we'll be looking into this for the upcoming Patch 2.0.1 we'll let you know if we need any more information.
I'm also having this problem, but only in the Heart of Gold campaign. Post 2.0 patch and Underlord expansion install, I replayed all of the main campaign and had no problems saving/loading in-game. But on starting HOG campaign, the only option for saving is Save & Quit.
My system specs are extremely similar to the OP. I'm really hoping I don't have to quit the game everytime I want to save ;). Thanks for taking a look.
