Changing a neutral unit to an Empire unit does not change the skin

This is a very easy bug to replicate. Simply open the map editor and place a neutral Empire unit (the unit is neutral but selected from the usual Empire faction, such as a vanguard). Right-click on the unit and change it to an Empire unit. The unit now belongs to the Empire faction but possesses the same skin as the neutral/underlord version.
