Problem Loading Into A Game

I am able to get to the main menu but when I try to play the campagin I am not able to load into it. The first parts of the loading bar are filled quickly but when I get to the end of the bar it stops. The tips keep changing so my games not frozen and it's not an anti-virus because I don't have one.


OS: Mac


Version:  OS X 10.9.5


64 bit


My Specs:


Processor  2.8 GHz Intel Core i5


Memory  4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3


Graphics  ATI Radeon HD 5750 1024 MB

If that's the case then you will probably have to update, let us know if that fixes anything

Would you be able to update to the latest mac version?(Sierra)

yes. I have not updated but I will later but when I did try to play in the last update it still froze.

Ah sorry, for some reason it didn't update the ticket status. 


It looks like a 3rd party library is broken. I'll pass this along to the developers and see if there's and obvious cause. For now you may be able to play on the previous build found in the Steam beta tab when you open the games properties
