Post save(?) black screen

Saved the following game:

As soon as it was finished, alt tabbed out(To check Discord), then back in, closed the menu screen, and everything went black apart from the HUD.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce and your output log doesn't shine any light on the issue, let us know if it happens again

First time I tab out after saving :D

Will try saving and tabbing out a few more times, could be a rare occurrence.

I'm not able to force this to happen. Does this happen every time you tab out after saving?
