Behemoth has two similar abilities. I suppose both of these abilities are healing his health.
Relentless: Regenerate health over time.
Regenerative Tissue: Out-of-combat healing.
What is the difference between these abilities? His health seems to be healed about 50 points per second whether he is combating or not.

The ability regenerates a small amount of health constantly.
I think that's true.
This is the effect of "Regenerative Tissue" of Skarg.
The ability regenerates health when out of combat.
I think that's "very quickly".
And so, this is the effect of "Regenerative Tissue" of Behemoth.

Regenerative Tissue is an ability which both the Skarg and Behemoth have, unlike Relentlless (which regenerates a small amount of health constantly).
Regenerative Tissue only works outside of combat (aka after a battle has finished) and regenerates a lot of health very quickly. Basically it is a very quick health regen that only activates after a battle has finished
After some internal discussion we have agreed that this is a bug. It should not regenerate in combat.
Regenerative Tissue is not supposed to heal while in combat.
