3 bug, on the official map

I played the map on the official "Death's Head". Against the AI Rhaskos, the complexity of "master". Used a few mutators, including: speed of units 250% (probably, it is the source of a bug being stuck in stone / out of the map), from the start there are 7 sins. There is no fog of war.
Bug number 1:
AI went into a coma. AI lost all beings (even imps). And did not build the room (only 1 room is built, beast den). Seems that AI died. But when my creatures began to attack his dungeon core, he threw in my creatures of lightning. That's all he did. Sometimes he had the devil or the beast, but soon disappeared. Video.
Bug number 2:
Creatures from time to time come outside the map (in another game, they sometimes get stuck inside the impenetrable rock). Of course, the game is close to the subject of purgatory, but still I do not propose to send to anyone, for no apparent reason.

I guess, the bug is associated with the increase in movement speed of units.
