Crash Report Submission
While playing level 13 (final chapter) of WFTO, I had a pop-up appear indicating my game crashed and that it would be nice if I could provide a crash report to the developers. Obviously not verbatim but close enough. It was nicely worded and I wished I'd grabbed a screenshot.
I'm willing to do this, but how to do this is less clear. I've attached the crash/dump files from today. I trust you'll know what to do with them. A reply back explaining where to go for this for future reference would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your crash, with regards to how to report a ticket we have an excellent knoweldge base article (How to: Submit a Bug Ticket) which should provide you all the information you require. If you can give that a read the more details you can provide about the crash the better.
Having a look at your output logs it seems something unusual did happen but the error in there is not something I've seen before so I'll have to have a chat with the coders. In the meantime if you can provide the information requested in the article that'd be great! :)
