The Phaestus Theme no longer appears in the unlockable screen.
My extras no longer features the Phaestus Theme as unlockable content.

Alright I checked with the designer. The Phaestus Theme is intended to be hidden until it is unlocked. So it's completely hidden unless you already have it.
I'm not 100% sure this is unintended. As you are aware it is a secret theme after all. I'll try and get an answer before passing this on to our internal tracker.
