Game version: 1.4.1f1

OS: (Linux) Fedora 24 64 bits

Graphic drivers: Nvidia proprietary drivers 367.27

When I select blocks for carving, they appear completely black like this;

I have tested on the computer of a friend running Windows, and the result I expect is the blue coloring like this:

Here are my graphical settings:

I have tried to play with most options, with no result.

Thanks in advance :)

I confirm that the issue is solved at least with Intel drivers. Since it didn't seem related to specific hardware, I suppose that it is solved for all cases. Thanks! :)

Great news indeed :). Thanks for looking into it! I'll test the next patch as soon as I can. If there is any way to test in alpha/beta stage, I can also do that.

Here is the log file obtained on the computer mentioned in the original post, which uses a Nvidia card:

I've started the first level, clicked on a few blocks (which appeared black), and did Alt+F4.

Here is what I have:

  • Kernel: 4.6.3
  • Mesa: 11.2.2
  • xf86-video-intel: 2.99.917
  • libdrm: 2.4.68
  • libva: 1.7.1
  • cairo: 1.14.6 (upstream is 1.15.2)
  • xorg: 1.18.3

So fedora is just a little behind regarding cairo, but everything else is up to date. I'll see if I can try an early test package with a the version from upstream.
